Hanhart is reviving the spirit of the 1960s with the new 415 ES Panda and 415 ES Reverse Panda.
The Panda version features a white dial with black totalisers, while the Reverse Panda with a black dial and white totalisers provides a strong contrast. The stainless steel case and the clear design emphasise the functional racing watch character – timeless, striking, authentic.
The new 415 ES Panda is characterized by its distinctive panda dial – a classic design icon among chronographs. The term “panda” refers to the high-contrast design with black totalisers at 3 and 9 o’clock on a light-colored, mostly white background, which is reminiscent of the face of a panda bear. This layout was originally created in the 1960s and quickly became a favorite among racing drivers and watch enthusiasts, as it is not only visually striking, but also makes it particularly easy to read the stop times. The 415 ES Panda picks up on this historic design and combines it with modern technology and striking details – including the classic Hanhart wing logo and the new C1 GL X2 Super-Luminova coating for optimum legibility by day and night.
The 415 ES Reverse Panda interprets the classic panda design in reverse – with light-colored totalizers on a dark background. This so-called “Reverse Panda” dial impresses with its sporty, dynamic look and at the same time offers the excellent readability for which Hanhart chronographs are known. The totalisers at 3 and 9 o’clock stand out against the deep black background in brilliant white, which is not only functional but also gives the timepiece a strong visual presence. The new C1 GL X2 Super-Luminova coating on the hands and indices is also used here – it ensures an intense, white glow in dark surroundings. The traditional Hanhart wing logo on the dial stylishly rounds off the retro charm of the model.
The robust case of both watches is anti-magnetic and reliably protects the mechanical movement from magnetic influences, such as those that can be caused by electronic devices or machines in everyday life. This ensures that the timekeeping accuracy is maintained even under demanding conditions. In addition, the watch is shock-protected and equipped with the Hanhart movement damping system – a specially developed shock protection system that effectively cushions the Sellita SW 510 M movement in the event of strong shocks.
For the first time, a model from the 415 ES collection is now also available with a high-quality steel bracelet. This new stainless-steel bracelet not only offers a modern, sporty and elegant look, but also impresses with its practical folding clasp with tool-free fine adjustment – a function that was frequently requested by many customers. This innovative mechanism allows the length of the bracelet to be adjusted quickly and easily by up to 10 mm. Simply press a small button on the clasp and the strap can be adjusted to fit the wrist smoothly and comfortably. This always ensures a perfect fit without the need for tools or specialist knowledge. The design is rounded off by the striking Hanhart wing logo on the clasp, which not only makes the brand visible, but also stands for the highest quality and tradition. This steel bracelet combines comfort, functionality and style in one.
Of course, the watch is also available with a high-quality calfskin strap – in a choice of black, dark brown or light brown. The leather straps are available in sizes M and L and are supplied with a stainless-steel pin buckle complete with Hanhart wing logo, combining classic wearing comfort and elegant design.
