Mr Jones Launches New T-shirt Collection

Mr Jones Launches New T-shirt Collection

Mr Jones Watches, has launched a new line of irreverent and bold t-shirts.

Each of the five t-shirts in The 9-5 Facade collection represents a different day of the work week, with Monday’s slogan begging for a boatload of coffee and Friday’s dreaming of beer and freedom.

The cheeky new collection was designed by London-based illustrator and the company’s Print and Art Technician, Rocky Beeson.

“The inspiration behind this tongue-in-cheek collection came from the simple yet universal experience of living through the rollercoaster that is the working week. Each day carries its own distinct vibe – from the chaos of Monday to the sweet relief of Friday. I wanted to capture that emotional arc in a way that’s relatable, humorous, and a little cheeky. These T-shirts are designed to be wearable mood boards – whether you’re dragging through hump day or convincing yourself that Thursday is basically Friday. It’s about making people laugh, nod in agreement, and maybe even post a selfie with a caption like, ‘It me’.”

The brand recently invested in in-house t-shirt printing machinery as part of its commitment to British-made products. This latest collection marks the first time t-shirts have been designed by a member of its team.

About Rocky Beeson

Rocky Beeson is an Illustrator and Printmaker based in South London. She graduated with first-class honours in Illustration from the University of the Arts London in 2022.

As a Print and Art Technician at Mr Jones Watches, Rocky specialises in Artwork preparation, pad printing and gilding.

Rocky’s practice centres on playful, tongue-in-cheek illustrations that take aim at the irritations of daily life. Her ‘I see it, I hate it, I draw it’ ethos drives a body of work that is bold, satirical and rooted in personal observation. She transforms everyday annoyances into sharply executed one-off art pieces that blend humour with critique.

At the heart of her work is a willingness to turn the mirror on herself. Many of the behaviours she satirises are ones she admits to sharing, making her practice not just commentary but self-reflection.
