The art of Alexander Shorokhov stands for peace, help and support. Earlier this year he stated that, ”Except peace there is no alternative!”
For this reason, the founder and owner of the manufactory has now created a design for a ‘peace watch’, which symbolises peace as no other of his art objects before has so clearly stated the word ‘PEACE’. A timekeeper in a friendly, colourful and harmonious design, provided with a peace sign, to send its message of peace to the whole world.
The watch is designed in the popular avant-garde style of Alexander Shorokhoff in the form of a pocket watch with a chain. The main element is the peace sign, which was placed in the centre and thus immediately conveys the desired message. The lines of the peace sign divide the dial into 4 coloured parts.
Here you can also find the colours blue and yellow, which symbolise the Ukrainian flag. In addition, there are the colour’s orange and green, which are used in almost all ‘avant-garde’ models of the brand.
The manufacture’s trademark – the large number 60 – as always, is in its usual place. The hour and minute hands are also designed in the usual curved shape. The blued surface of the hands as well as the outer minute scale make it easy to read the time. The small seconds is at the 6 o’clock position.

Inside is a beautiful movement caliber 3105 with Geneva stripes, based on the the Swiss Valjoux movement 7734 without chono function.
This special model, was designed with love and is intended to convey these feelings accordingly, and there will be a total of only 10 pieces.
One of these models will be raffled by the watch manufacturer on its own online store from the 2nd of September, in a special ‘donation campaign’. Anyone can participate in the raffle by making a donation of at least €50. All proceeds from this model will be donated to the city of Alzenau – the home of the watch manufactory – for the benefit of Ukrainian refugees.
The city of Alzenau hosts many refugees from Ukraine and supports all those who need help to find their way back to a normal life. The Alexander Shorokhoff watch manufactory would like to support this from the bottom of its heart.
The other nine models will be distributed to key distributors worldwide to carry the beautiful message of peace around the world. Again, a part of the proceeds will be donated by the partners to various charitable organisations.
